We wanted to go get a real tree this year. And assumed that being in the "country" we would be able to go to a tree farm or something very "merry". Well we asked around and we were told the only two places to get trees: Kroger (the local grocery store) or Lowe's. So off to Lowe's we went. Found our tree and put it on top of the corolla. We spent a long time securing it to make sure we did not lose this wonderful tree. And then it came time to get in the car...which is when we realized we tied the rope to secure the tree through the open car windows...meaning we could not open the doors. With a lot of laughter and a shrug of our shoulders, we jumped into the car through the open windows and off we went...
